Dr. Miller served in the Army for 4 years prior to getting his college degree. He earned an Associate in Science at Nash Community College in Rocky Mount in 1999 and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill in 2001. He then went on another 4 years to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in 2005. He feels continuing education is very important. He wants to deliver the best care possible to his patients by keeping up with the latest dental procedures and materials. Therefore, he attends more than the state required continuing education hours every year.
Dr. Miller is on the board of directors for the NC Missions of Mercy where he volunteers his time at several locations across the state of NC delivering dental care to those in need. Dr. Miller also volunteers his time to provide free dental services thru the Ada Jenkins Community Dental Clinic in Davidson, NC.
Dr. Miller is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, and the Iredell County Dental Society.
